Why is my loyalty rewards balance changing?

As part of our recent loyalty program system upgrade, we discovered an error that affected how some previously redeemed or expired rewards were reflected in member accounts. In some cases, these rewards were unintentionally carried forward into balances during the transition.

To ensure all accounts are accurate, we are applying a one-time adjustment to correct these amounts.

What does this adjustment mean?

The adjustment reflects rewards that had already been redeemed or expired prior to the system conversion. This correction ensures your rewards balance accurately represents available rewards.

What if my balance becomes negative?

If the correction results in a negative balance, please rest assured that we will automatically restore your account balance to zero.

You will not be penalized or held responsible for any negative balance resulting from this system error.

Why did this happen?

During the loyalty system upgrade, some redeemed or expired rewards were unintentionally included in active balances. Once identified, we took immediate steps to correct the issue and ensure all member accounts are accurate.

Do I need to take any action?

No action is required on your part. The adjustment will be applied automatically.
